North Highland Tour Days 1 to 3

Day 1
Arrive into Inverness spend a little time exploring Loch Ness , possibly enjoy outdoor pursuits at Aviemore or try your hand at clay pigeons at Rothiemurchus Estate .

Day 2
Travel north on the A9 towards Thurso. Enroute visit ANTA textiles & ceramics in Fearn, just beside Tain, the perfect blend of contemporary cool and classic Scottish elegance. If traditional ceramics are more to your liking then visit Tain Pottery .

Tain is also home to the world famous Glenmorangie Distillery which has beenproducing its renowned malt whisky in Tain since 1843. Across the Dornoch Firth, near Bonar Bridge is the Falls of Shin. A chance to watch the migrating Salmon and learn a little about the life cycle of this most Scottish of fish. If you'd like to stay overnight in Brora try the Royal Marine Hotel in Brora.

Day 3
Head north on the A9 then follow is across country towards Thurso arriving at Forss House Hotel in the afternoon.

If you missed Glenmorangie then Clynelish Distillery is a must, or dust off the golf clubs to play the links at Brora . Just a 20 minutes away in Golspie is the home of the Duke of Sutherland, Dunrobin Castle , with it's gardens, falconry and museum. Then on to Forss House Hotel where a warm welcome awaits.
